This project presents the architectural drafting of a full renovation in the social area of a contemporary apartment in South Florida. Working from high-end interior design renderings, the technical set includes detailed wall elevations, custom ceiling layouts, and built-in furniture configurations.
Each line was drafted with precision to reflect the design’s flow, optimize everyday functionality, and bring visual balance to the space. The drawings provide a solid foundation for construction while showcasing a subtle, sophisticated luxury: a seamless fusion of design vision and technical execution.
